Our invention. The real Vice City seaport is PortViceCity (PortMiami analogue), confirmed in Trailer 1 and official shots. Port Gellhorn is a different official place: a faded Gulf-coast town in Kelly County, with Delights Cabaret — a strip club, not a casino. Putting a cheap gambling hall on the cruise docks is a guess with no Florida flagship behind it.

Do not confuse PortViceCity (Vice City cruise port) with Port Gellhorn (Kelly County).
This page exists so we do not quietly invent a dockside Diamond. The honest version is: no such casino has been shown, and Miami's port does not have one either.
